# ad There's nothing as fun and delicious as homemade pizza night, the way Italians do!

Back-to-school season is upon us, so let’s get in the spirit with some family fun in the kitchen, and create the yummiest, most authentic Italian pizza together.

Snuggle up in the kitchen with your loved ones, some flour and yeast, fresh mozzarella and tomato sauce, and transform those few simple ingredients into something magical and delicious for your family to enjoy.

To create authentic Italian pizzas in your own home is now even easier with these NEW Pizza Sauces by Mutti

I'm super excited to try these new products. You know by now how much I really love this brand. I have talked about Mutti before and I use it all the time.

Mutti is the number 1 top-selling brand of tomatoes in Europe and Italy, and for very good reasons. If you take a look at the label, their tomatoes and sauces are made with the highest quality, 100% Italian tomatoes picked at the very peak of ripeness, to create extra-tasty products. They are non-GMO, with no additives, no preservatives, and no added sugar.

Make sure to check out the Mutti site for a digital coupon and purchase at Sprouts.

These new sauces come in three regional varieties that allow you to experience the great flavors of these three renowned Italian cities: Napoli, Positano and Parma.

Each sauce comes with its unique flavor, bright taste and enticing aroma. I paired each with some of my favorite Italian toppings.

Napoli Sauce, made with fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil, inspired by the simple, yet most delicious Neapolitan pizza margherita. The simple vine-ripened tomatoes with aromatic basil and fresh mozzarella is all you need to make the most amazing pizza.

On this pizza I added simple and tasty olives and Burrata cheese. All you have to do is roll out the dough and spread the Napoli tomato sauce. Transfer to the pizza stone (preheated in the oven at the highest temperature)  and bake until crispy and golden. Remember, add the burrata and olives only after the pizza is fully baked.

Parma Sauce, made with Parmigiano Reggiano, inspired by one of Parma's most famous products. On this pizza I added some prosciutto di Parma, arugula and fresh mozzarella of course.

Roll out the dough and spread with the Parma sauce. Bake for about 8 minutes. Top with mozzarella and bake for a few more minutes until fully cooked. When ready, add the prosciutto and arugula, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese shavings.

Positano Sauce, inspired by this breathtaking Amalfi coast town, is made with fresh, sun-ripened tomatoes and savory garlic and oregano. I paired  this sauce with grilled eggplants and sweet Italian sausages.

To make this pizza, start by grilling the eggplants and fully cooking the sausages cut in pieces. Spread the sauce on the rolled out dough, add fresh mozzarella, eggplants and sausages and bake till ready.

What's your favorite topping for pizza?!? I think that with a delicious dough and a tasty tomato sauce to start with, you can't go wrong. As I always say, trust your instinct. Let your taste buds guide you. Make it fun and let the whole family join in!

Buon Appetito!
