Let's elevate the classic favorite banana bread with this new and delicious recipe for Blueberry Banana Bread that will have your taste buds dancing with joy!

Imagine the luscious sweetness of ripe bananas combined with the burst of blueberries and a touch of lemon zest, all wrapped up in a super soft and extra moist loaf of bread.

Today, I will share with you the secrets to mastering the art of creating the perfect Blueberry Banana Bread.

Trust me, this is all you could ever ask in banana bread, and the one recipe you'll ever need when you have some leftover spotty brown bananas on the counter.

It's super soft and extra moist. It's simply made in a few minutes using just one bowl and a hand mixer (or fork/whisk also works just fine), so clean up couldn't be any easier.

This blueberry banana bread makes an irresistible treat for any occasion. Whether you're a seasoned baker or a novice in the kitchen, this recipe is your ticket to creating a masterpiece that's both super soft and extra moist.

So, grab those overripe bananas and a handful of blueberries, and get ready to savor the magic of this delightful creation!

For this recipe, I'm using three large bananas for extra flavor and extra moisture. Make sure the bananas are ripe. You know, the softer they are the sweeter they taste.

You can mash them using a fork, a potato ricer, or simply, like you can see in my video below, with the hand mixer.

Cut the banana into large chunks and place them in a large bowl. Turn the mixer to low speed and your banana will be mashed in less than a minute. Note, you don't need to perfectly mesh them in a puree. Little pieces of banana are just fine and add extra moisture to the bread at the end.

Banana Bread Recipe Baking Tips:

Ripe Bananas Are Key: Use ripe bananas with brown spots for the best flavor and sweetness. They are extra sweet and deep in flavor. They'll mash more easily and infuse your bread with a natural sweetness.
If your bananas are not ripe enough, place them in a brown bag for a day, and they will be ready!

Fold with Care: When adding the flour and blueberries, gently fold them in using a spatula. Overmixing can result in a dense texture. Don't overmix ... and don't overbake. Moist is the key!

Flour Your Blueberries: To prevent your blueberries from sinking to the bottom of the loaf, lightly coat them in flour before folding them into the batter.

Customize Your Add-Ins: Don't hesitate to add chopped nuts, a sprinkle of cinnamon, or add orange zest in place of lemon for an extra layer of flavor.

Storage Solutions: If you have any leftovers (which might be rare!), store your Blueberry Banana Bread in an airtight container at room temperature for a couple of days. For longer storage, wrap it tightly and fre iteze.

Now, who's ready to try this recipe too?!?
