Join Me in Eastern Sicily – A Culinary Adventure in May 2026!
I’m so excited to finally share something I’ve been dreaming about for a long time... I’m heading to Italy—this time to Eastern Sicily—and I want you to come with me!
I’m be partnering with Via Rosa, and in May 2026 I'll be hosting an unforgettable week immersed in the culture of food in Sicily. Think: local markets, hands-on cooking, charming towns, and the most delicious meals shared with new friends.
Why Sicily?
Sicily holds a special place in my heart. The food here is rich with tradition, shaped by centuries of cultural influences—from the Greeks and Arabs to the Spanish and Normans. Every bite tells a story.
In the east, where we’ll be exploring, the cuisine is bright and bold. We’ll taste fresh seafood, vibrant tomato sauces, sweet ricotta-filled pastries, pistachios olive oil, almonds, and of course, the famous arancini! We’ll also cook together, visit local producers, and enjoy meals in some of the most authentic and beautiful places.
What to Expect
This is more than just a food tour—it’s a full cultural immersion. Here’s a taste of what’s planned:
Explore local markets and learn how to shop like a Sicilian
Cook side-by-side with me and local chefs using seasonal ingredients
Visit vineyards, olive groves, and almond farms
Enjoy long, relaxed meals in charming settings—both rustic and refined
Stay in a magical seaside hotel in Ortigia.
Come with Me!
If you’ve ever dreamed of cooking and eating your way through Sicily—with someone who truly loves and lives Italian food—this is your chance.
Whether you’ve been following me for years or just stumbled on this invitation, I’d love for you to be part of this experience. We’ll share stories, laughter, amazing meals, and memories that will last a lifetime.
