S'More Brownies with M&Ms

Ooey gooey s'mores brownies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (100 gr) sugar
  • 1/4 cup (50 gr) brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 oz (115 gr) butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup (90 gr) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 6 whole graham crackers
  • 1 10 oz bag large marshmallows
  • peanut M&M's 

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a 9x9 in pan with parchment paper.
  2. Line the pan with one layer of graham crackers.
  3. For the brownies: Melt the chocolate with the butter (in a double boiler or in the microwave for 45 seconds) and let cool down.
  4. Mix the sugar with the eggs. And beat well.
  5. Whisk in the melted chocolate/butter.
  6. Stir in flour cocoa powder and salt until just combined.
  7. Pour over the graham crackers. And bake for about 30 minutes until set.
  8. Top with one layer of marshmallows and broil for about 1 minute, or until browned, watching carefully not to burn the top.
  9. Sprinkle with M&M. Let cool and cut in 16 squares.
