Beautiful Pictures of YOUR Apple Roses

I can't say it enough this week: thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!
Yes! YOU, who are reading this post. Thank you for appreciating my work. Thank you for your comments, likes, and shares of my recipes. I've received so many sweet, funny and encouraging messages from many of you, from all over the world. Yeah, pretty amazing!
And I got lots of pictures too, of your apple roses.
So, here they are! I'm sharing your photos with everybody else. These are really a proof that with some love and passion everybody can bake something as beautiful and elegant as this dessert.
I started this blog because I wanted to share my love for cooking, and maybe inspire and encourage some of you to try out my recipes. Now, I can honestly say that with this dessert I have succeeded. I'm really happy and proud of you all!!

By the way, I hope I have not forgotten any of the pictures that I received. If I did:  SORRY, and please send again. I will add them here!

And hear this out: after many requests, I am working on a savory version of these puff pastry roses. It's coming up on my blog and YouTube pretty soon, so ... stay tuned :-)

  1. Hi Manuela!!

How nice to meet you...and how nice and easy to make those apple-roses!!! Thanks for sharing my picture in your blog today...it's a pleasure and an honour!! :)
I think we are here for the same objective; I also opened my blog just to share my cooking experiences and to encourage people to cook...I guess you are very happy today when you receive this awesome feedback!
Few weeks ago we started with the video-recipes...hope you will like it!
Big kiss of one more fan of you from Barcelona (Spain) and sorry for my English!

  3. How nice of you to create such an easy and beautiful dessert! I made it today for the family and they were so impressed! Like it made me looks so knowledgeable and talented! But it was so easy and it is all thanks to you and your cute short video! My husband came from a business trip to Asia and he traveled business class for the first time. He would not shut-up about how perfect was every food in business class! Then he had the rose apple dessert..and he said" now this is a classy desert! A business class desert!"
    Thank you

  4. Hi Manuela. I plan to make this delicious looking and beautiful recipe later today, and I have a question. Do I line the metal muffin pan or grease it? Or spray with a non stick spray? Thanks!! Stacey.

    1. Hi Stacey,
if you don't have silicone muffin cups, I recommend spray or grease the tin.
One reader said she used paper lining and they burned!! .... never happened to me but maybe let's "stick" to the spray ;-)
