Air-Fried Chicken Cordon Bleu
Guilt-free, scrumptious AIR-FRIED chicken cordon bleu Crispy on the outside, cheesy and tasty on the inside
First of all, for this recipe I’m using ground chicken breast rather than regular, thin-cut meat (generally sliced in half and stuffed). I find the ground meat to be more versatile and fun to use. You can shape it as you wish, size it based on your mozzarella and ham slices, or make it as big or as small as you desire depending on how you’d like to serve it (as appetizer or main dish!).
Second of all, to make things a little healthier, rather than frying these chicken cordon bleu per tradition, today I cooked them in my Toshiba 4-in-1 oven  using the air fry option. What you need to do is preheat the oven to 400F (press “air fry”, turn the start knob till it reaches 400F, and press “start” twice (once to confirm the temperature, the second time to make it start).
Serve next to your favorite salad, and/or some air fried fries (I used sweet potatoes fries this time!). So good!
